If you need to place a temporary hold your account for any reason before your program is complete, you may do so by contacting the help desk by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In doing so, you will also place a temporary hold on your payment plan. Students who have made a one-time, lump sum payment during registration may be eligible for a refund if they are fewer than two weeks into their program.
In addition, you may restart your program at anytime without penalty. Simply contact the help desk to continue your studies where you left off and your payment plan will continue accordingly.
